		<description><![CDATA[I read with disgust the politics around the whole thing..moving on.. 
What can we do now? 
Can Gov Perry in a moment of grand inspiration sign an executive order mandating basically what was on the solar bills HB1243/SB545?  (...very unlikely but possible?)… 

Anyone knows what it takes to put a version of both bills in the ballot in Texas, like Colorado did in 2004(amendment 37)?]]></description>
