Furthermore, the average temperature has NOT been dropping, despite the dreck you may have heard on cable news or read on another blog. As for who will tell us what the weather “should” be, I can’t answer that question– weather is different from climate. But as to what we should limit our atmospheric concentration of CO2 at, I’ll refer you to the fine folks at 350.org.
