Probably add 50percent or more to my bill. We have been Romney/Bained jaust as we were Enroned with a magic marker in the Past by Enron. 		<description><![CDATA[Technically, Solyndra received a loan guarantee, not a bailout.  That said, I believe we do need to be much more prudent when awarding loan guarantees.  Personally, I would favor a system that doesn&#039;t include loan guarantees for energy companies, but that also (and this is important) doesn&#039;t include any tax breaks or other subsidies (such as charging less than market value for minerals royalties on public lands) for fossil fuel companies.  Let&#039;s level the playing field for everyone.]]></description>
